Buying your classic car at Russo and Steele Automobile Auctions is easy. Simply, complete the registration form on our website, sign it and return to us via mail, or email along with the other required items (Driver's license or passport identification, Bank letter of guarantee with signed check or plan on providing a $10,000 US credit card authorization on site, a copy of your current drivers insurance, copy of Dealer license and resale tax certificate when registering as a dealer) listed on the registration. Once processed, you will receive a Bidder number/Confirmation from our Bidder Liaison with additional details about your registration.

Selecting your passes: (All passes picked up on-site)
- Bidder Registration is $150.00
- Guest Admission may be purchased for $50.00 per person.
- General Admission is $20 per day

A Complete Bidders Application* Consists of:
1. Completed Bidder's Registration Application filled out, signed, and mailed to Russo & Steele.
2. Signed Bidder's Provisions mailed to Russo & Steele.
3. Collateral: Bank Letter of Guaranty with signed check (preferred method), Credit card authorization of minimum of $10,000 , or a Cashiers Check made out to Russo and Steele equal to 10% of desired bid limit.
*We do not accept copies of bank statements or Verification of Deposit letters as a Bank Letter of Guaranty. Letter must be written on bank letterhead and reference “Russo and Steele Collector Automobile Auctions” and the dates of the auction.
4. Payment of $150.00
