Of course, if you do not wish to attend the auction in person, ALL ARE WELCOME to bid by TELEPHONE, ONLINE or PROXY.
Requirements:
1. Completed and Executed Bidder Registration Agreement. (Click here to Download a copy). (All applicants are subject to RS’s acceptance)
2. Provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee (Click here to download a copy) for authorization to purchase (Your Bank Letter of Guarantee must contain the exact language) in the minimum amount of $250,000 US AND be accompanied by an executed (signed) check drawn on the same guaranteed account. There can be no deviation from the required format.
3. Copy of Current Driver’s License or Passport (if out of country) AND proof of valid and In-Force Insurance.
4. For DEALERS, a copy of current Dealer’s License and Resale (Tax) License must also be submitted.
5. Submit ALL the above by emailing scanned copies to: info@russoandsteele.com
6. Once processed and accepted – you will receive a Confirmation Email.
7. Upon Confirmation – send hard copy “wet signature” Agreement and executed original check to:

All paperwork must be received to the RS Office no later than January 8th, 2021.
Auctions will be conducted in accordance with the terms and provisions contained in the bidder agreement and all other published terms and conditions. Funding for all purchases is due the first business day after the acceptance of the winning bid. Only payments by wire transfer or cash can be accepted for funding. The Buyer’s premium is 10% on the auction block or 12% by telephone or online.
