ABSENTEE BIDDER REGISTRATION FORM
Please complete the form below to register as a bidder at the upcoming Russo and Steele auction. Email is the preferred method of communication, so please provide your correct email address. After completing the form you will be directed to a verification page to complete the purchase. We strongly encourage bidders to read through the entire Bidder Agreement Provisions. By signing and initialing the Bidder Agreement Provisions the Bidder acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the entirety of these provisions and will abide by them accordingly. A bank letter of guarantee is a letter from your financial institution guaranteeing they will pay up to an agreed-upon sum to Russo and Steele Collector Automobile Auctions for your purchases. Please be advised: Your bank letter must be accompanied by a signed, matching account number check to be a valid form of collateralization. The bank letter is merely for collateralization; we no longer accept checks as a form of payment. All payments must be received via bank-wire transfer on the first business day following the auction. Absentee/Phone Bidders MUST submit ALL required items to be reviewed and processed by a Bidder Services Representative no later than 24 hours prior to the day you want to bid.
