California-delivered to Ford’s Los Angeles DSO and assembled on April 30, 1969, this 1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator is a rare example with factory air conditioning. California titled, it has remained in California for its entire existence. The original California Blue Plates are still registered to the car, which is documented by a Marti Report which accompanies it at auction. A real Eliminator in factory Competition Orange, it is powered by an M-Code 351 V-8 and features an FMX automatic transmission. Assembled on April 30, 1969 and sold new via the Los Angeles DSO, it has remained in sunny and dry California for it’s entire lifetime. The Original California “Blue Plates” are still registered to the car, which is documented by an accompanying Marti Report.
