The 365 GT 2+2 was presented at the 1967 Paris Motor Show, and was the heir to the 500 Superfast, upholding the tradition of the 250 GTE and 330 GT 2+2. With its elegant, imposing lines, it was the first Ferrari to feature power steering and air conditioning as standard equipment for the American market, as well as a spacious luggage compartment and two proper rear seats. Approximately 800 cars were built between 1967 and 1971. Easily the most affordable of the vintage front engine V12 Ferraris, the classic Pinninfarina line remembered best as penned for the Super America, presents the best value in the marketplace. A full cosmetic restoration just recently completed will entice the most discriminating Ferrari enthusiast. A certified US model with the appropriate equipment has this GT ready for driving enjoyment and will complement any collection of vintage European sports cars.
